Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing an item from The Deen Collection.  

We sincerely wish for all of our Deen Collection Supporters have an exceptional experience shopping with us. We have made every effort to describe our products in great detail and provide images, dimension and fabric for you to make an informed decision on your purchase.

Please note: For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Prayer Mats.

Therefore we are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ refunds or exchanges on change of colour at the customers own expense, due to the custom nature of the products we are not able to restock and resell them.

SALE RETURNS
We are unable to offer store credit for items purchased on sale. However, you are welcome to exchange your sale item for a different style, provided it is equal or greater in value as your original purchase. Customers are required to cover any relevant shipping costs associated with the exchange of a sale item. Please Note: We do not offer any return shipping labels for returns. 

All items on sale are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. 

Due to high volume shipments, once your place your order, we cannot alter, add or remove anything to/from your order. We do not provide return shipping labels unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. We are not responsible for any returns that are not approved through our Return Portal. We do suggest using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund. 


FAULTY RETURNS
A refund or credit note (valid for 3months) will be issued on items that have a distinct, irreparable/irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery. Please be advised that all items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and are sent in a brand new condition. If you suspect a fault, you are required to contact customer care immediately within 2 days of receiving your order to address the nature of the fault. We'll be more than happy to rectify this for you as soon as possible! If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.
